Job Summary
Oversee and supervise the Production Department in an industrial laundry facility, lead production staff, train new hires, coordinate with engineering/sales/service management, enforce production policies and safety/quality standards, manage budgets and employee relations, and drive continuous improvements in labor utilization and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of business management experience in a production environment with strong supervisory and management skills
