Job Summary
Lead weekend manufacturing operations at Alpine F1 Team's Enstone factory, coordinating production activities across multiple departments to ensure targets are achieved safely and efficiently. Manage operational issues, oversee ERP system transactions and work order management, and identify opportunities to improve processes, throughput, and productivity. Support team engagement, foster a strong health and safety culture, and act as the key escalation point during high-pressure race weekends. This role contributes directly to the Formula One programme, with a competitive salary, championship bonus, and private medical healthcare available for eligible UK candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing, engineering or production environment
- Strong people management and team leadership skills
- A solid understanding of manufacturing processes and operational delivery
