Job Summary
Lead and coordinate production activities for approximately 160 operators across a supervisory layer, ensuring performance in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost. Plan, coordinate, and oversee production activities, budgets, capacity forecasting, and key metrics while cultivating an environment where safety and employee well-being drive success. Establish robust organizational structures, standardize processes, and steer cross-functional alignment to optimize KPIs. Serve as a key member of the Production Unit's management team, contributing to strategic development and target setting. Develop leadership capability within the team and drive operational excellence through Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen frameworks. This senior on-site leadership role supports vital medical innovations, including continuous glucose monitors and cochlear implants, within Alleima's BU Medical in Palm Coast, FL.
