Job Summary
Oversee and direct the development, planning, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes, and operations for new or existing products. Establish business plans and technical project objectives to meet short- and long-term goals while managing employees in various manufacturing or product assembly support departments. Work closely with quality groups to ensure strict compliance with good manufacturing practices guidelines, prepare documentation, reports, and standard operating procedures, and manage the new product introduction process including prototype build and ramping to volume production. Accountable for key metrics including revenue, customer satisfaction, and quality goals. Full-time weekly schedule with day shift.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- Proven experience leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams
- Proactive problem solver with the ability to identify solutions, take ownership of issues, and escalate matters appropriately when necessary
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, processes, and best practices
- Demonstrated ability to effectively balance resources, priorities, and workloads in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and departments
- Comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization and building strong working relationships
- Full time weekly schedule
