Job Summary
Manage and coordinate day-to-day production activities and workflows during the assigned shift in Rosario, Cavite. Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining strict quality standards and full compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations. Identify and resolve production issues promptly, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed. Collaborate closely with engineering, quality, maintenance, and other departments to optimize production processes. Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reduction. Apply lean manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance productivity and operational efficiency. Work on a night-shift schedule reporting to the Director, Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Shift Production Manager or in a similar manufacturing leadership role
- Strong technical expertise in production operations, process optimization, and manufacturing workflows
- Proficient in production management systems, data analysis tools, and performance monitoring techniques
- Knowledgeable in lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies, and quality management systems
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- Willing to work on a night-shift schedule in Rosario, Cavite
