Production Manager - 2nd Shift

Plan and coordinate all production activities to meet company targets by organizing daily tasks, scheduling work across departments, and assigning personnel. Lead shift and department supervisors in executing manufacturing processes, reporting progress on shipments and problem areas, and enforcing the 6s program for facility cleanliness. Facilitate regular meetings with supervisors, identify training needs, and manage employee development programs to ensure high-quality output. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in production management or engineering, five plus years of manufacturing experience, and proficiency in MS Office and ERP software. The position is located at one of Valence's ten sites across the United States and requires eligibility under U.S. export control laws for EAR or ITAR controlled technologies.
