Job Summary
Production Manager (2nd Shift) responsible for organizing and ensuring the operation meets predetermined production goals and customer standards. Oversees production lines, ensures quality and safety, manages personnel, evaluates costs and budgets, monitors performance metrics, and reports to upper management. Requires deep understanding of production procedures, strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, leadership, and ability to drive maximum performance. Shift is 4 pm–2 am, Monday–Friday. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or 6 - 10 years' experience working as a Production Manager or other similar position
- Significant experience in production management and reporting on key production metrics
- Excellent knowledge of quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Good knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Good practical experience with MS Office
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and leadership skills
- Strong communication skills with close attention to detail
- Results-driven approach and good business-oriented thinking
- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, and flipping of 75-to-85-pound pallets
