Production Manager 1

Oversee laundry production operations and create production schedules with the General Manager and department supervisors to meet customer deadlines. Direct production in a fast-paced environment covering sorting, washing, drying, sanitizing, ironing, folding, packaging, and recording quantities using industrial laundry equipment. Provide hands-on leadership on the plant floor (about 80% of the time) and make staffing decisions in line with company culture. Ensure supervisors are trained in processes and policies, promote safe working conditions, and manage production output by continuously measuring results. Role models collaborative management and drives on-the-floor visibility to optimize operations and safety.
