Production Management Trainee

Develop comprehensive knowledge of plant operations, manufacturing processes, and lumber math while learning to operate the Company's business system for administrative functions. Develop detailed understanding of product costing, production scheduling, budget, expense control, and continuous improvement standards. Supervise activities consistent with Company policies, tour other UFP facilities and customer locations, and prepare various reports as required. Complete courses and assignments as directed. This role involves working under a mentor's close direction with limited discretion on work priorities.
