Job Summary
Production Maintenance Technician III responsible for troubleshooting, testing, and repairing electrical and industrial systems including PLC/HMI I/O devices, hydraulics, and pneumatics; install, set up, and test industrial equipment; perform preventive maintenance; use test equipment; document work performed; ensure safety and environmental policy compliance; mentor junior technicians; report to a manager and work under lead personnel; requires high school diploma or GED and 8 years electrical experience with certification.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 8 years electrical experience
- additional specialized training with certification
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to walk, stand, sit, bend or kneel to access equipment
- Able to work in non-climate controlled environment
- Wears safety gear including safety shoes, hearing protection, safety glasses and dust mask
- Able to work changing shift schedule and weekends
- Mentors junior technicians
