Job Summary
Production Maintenance Technician II performs preventive maintenance and repairs on production and facilities equipment, troubleshoots mechanical/electrical systems, PLCs, sensors, and communication pathways, reviews documents/drawings, mentors junior technicians, and adheres to safety policies. Responsibilities include troubleshooting equipment problems, conducting failure analyses, documenting work, and supporting continuous improvement to equipment efficiency and yield. Requires lifting up to 50 pounds, ability to work in non-climate-controlled areas, and willingness to work changing shifts including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- 8 years of related experience
- additional specialized training with certification
