Job Summary
Senior Production Maintenance Technician responsible for advanced troubleshooting and preventive/corrective maintenance on CNC machinery, robotics, pneumatics, hydraulics, conveyors, and coolant systems in an industrial manufacturing environment; lead and mentor technicians, communicate with site management and customers to understand requirements and solve complex electrical and mechanical problems; identify safety-related issues and perform independent equipment evaluations; execute preventive maintenance per CMMS, respond to work orders, analyze problems, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards; train others, prepare reports, and support a 24/7 operation; overtime and weekend work may be required; required to have a high school diploma or equivalent and 6 years of experience; pre-employment drug test; may require driver’s license and ability to obtain a security access badge; role may involve varying shifts and schedule adjustments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent
- 6 years of experience
- Pre-employment substance abuse test
- Possession of valid Driver’s License (may be required)
- Ability to obtain a security access badge
- Willingness to work various shifts, overtime, holidays and weekends
