Job Summary
The Production Maintenance Supervisor at Blue Triangle Hardwoods is responsible for supervising and directing maintenance technicians, overseeing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on sawmill machinery, and ensuring work meets safety and quality standards. The role requires troubleshooting of various systems and maintaining kiln operations along with machinery repair. Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in lumber, wood products, or heavy manufacturing.
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work well with all levels of personnel.
- Skilled in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
