Job Summary
Production Maintenance Mechanic on the 3rd shift responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and preventive maintenance of high-speed packaging and fill line equipment, capping machines, bioreactors, and fermenters. Perform equipment setup, changeovers, PM activities, and mechanical troubleshooting to minimize downtime; complete accurate electronic work orders and maintenance documentation per cGMP; assist with fabrication/welding/grinding; collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain a safe, compliant work environment following OSHA and lockout/tagout procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma / GED required
- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting aptitude
- Effective verbal/written communication skills
