Job Summary
Lead daily and weekly maintenance planning meetings to maximize labor efficiency and minimize equipment downtime. Convert maintenance notifications into work orders, review and track backlogs including monthly PMs, and set priorities for detailed schedules. Coordinate all preparation aspects including LOTO communications and equipment decontamination while maintaining proactive communication with Production and Maintenance teams. Serve as the site Turnaround Coordinator, compiling work lists and leading pre-turnaround meetings. Ensure all activities adhere to site safety policies, regulatory requirements, and Process Safety Management (PSM) standards. Identify risks, participate in root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to drive operational excellence. Demonstrate flexibility to work abnormal or extended hours as required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years demonstrated experience in maintenance coordination within a chemical manufacturing environment
- Experience with Work Management Processes (WMP)
- Proficiency with SAP work management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple, time-sensitive activities
- Knowledge of chemical processes, maintenance procedures, equipment, and materials
- Self-motivated

Desired Qualifications
- Supervisory or management experience
