Production Machine Operator (Nights)

Job Summary
Measure and mix ingredients with precision, operating machinery for basic machine operation, cleaning, and maintenance. Safely sanitize heavy equipment and manage materials using an ERP system for refilling bulk containers, batching paperwork, and supporting bailing. Uphold food safety and quality by following strict guidelines while collaborating with team members to maintain a clean, organized environment. Work nights from 6p to 6:30a in a fast-paced setting, lifting up to 50 lbs and performing minor equipment changeovers. Proficiency in HMI for ingredient delivery and ability to complete traceability paperwork are required.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in both cold and warm environments
- Physical strength to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience with or ability to perform minor equipment changeovers
- Proficiency in using ERP systems for material handling and HMI for ingredient delivery
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to company values (Respect, Integrity, etc.)
- Ability to complete batching and traceability paperwork accurately
- Own or be willing to acquire steel toe boots
- Ability to read, speak and write English
