Job Summary
Review production orders for garment styles, artwork, colors, quantities, and placement details. Operate screenprint, embroidery, laser, and other garment decoration equipment by setting up, running, and changing over jobs. Load and unload garments, change screens, thread, ink, and needles, then check quality, count finished items, and fold, label, and box them. Communicate with inventory, leads, and teammates to maintain workflow while keeping the work area clean and safe. Use computers, tablets, or spreadsheets to access job specifications.

- Must be able to fold, label, box, count, and record finished garments
- Must be able to communicate with inventory, leads, and teammates
- Must be able to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Must be able to follow safety practices and OSHA standards

- Must be able to perform other duties as assigned
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment where the day moves quickly
- Must be able to transform customer artwork into finished apparel

Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, warehouse, machine operation, screenprint, embroidery, retail, or customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
