Job Summary
Manage production machine to ensure defect-free pieces and adherence to quality standards. Follow all company policies and procedures, and safety protocols. Requires minor mechanics skills and ability to understand Production Work Orders. Perform changeovers after training, maintain clean work area, and lift materials as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Manages a production machine ensuring that all pieces made on the machine are free from defects and meet quality standards
- Follows all company policies and procedures
- Having minor mechanics skills is ideal
- Capable of reading, understanding and following Production Work Orders
- Follows all operating procedures associated with the production machine
- Capable of performing a production change over at the end of training period
- Keeps work area clean
- Must follow all safety procedures
- Requires lifting and carrying 30 to 50 lbs on occasion
- Requires working in an unconditioned environment
