Job Summary
Operate and maintain multiple machines on the production line to ensure products are manufactured per customer specifications. Setup machinery on production lines to conform to customer specifications, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and perform adjustments to run production efficiently. Follow SOPs and GMPs, maintain sanitary conditions, and record material consumption using handheld/iPad. Must be detail-oriented, able to work collaboratively in a team, and communicate effectively with diverse individuals. Ability to work overtime, read/write in English, and adhere to safety procedures including PPE. May provide coverage for Machine Operator I & II during breaks or absences. Prior experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school, GED, or equivalent.
- 18 months of food manufacturing or packaging experience.
- Must be able to read and write English.
