Job Summary
The Production/Prep Cook is responsible for preparing products according to recipes, setting up and maintaining a produce bar, and ensuring adherence to Fuddruckers' SER standards. Candidates must demonstrate excellent guest service, communication skills, and the ability to work as a team player. Responsibilities include walking or standing for extended periods, multitasking, and coordination of manual and visual dexterity. Professional appearance is required, and the ability to cross train in other areas of the restaurant is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to speak, read and write using a minimal amount of the English language
- Utilizing cutting glove in accordance to company guidelines
- Must possess excellent guest service and verbal communication skills
- Must maintain a positive and upbeat attitude
- Ability to cross train in other areas in the restaurant
- Professional appearance required
- Ability to multitask
- Must be team player with a high sense of urgency
