Job Summary
Set and band packaging machines on pallets, drive a forklift to load trucks and trailers, and process machines for light assembly and labeling. Take photos of packaged units and label machines using Bills of Lading. Handle items up to 50lbs and operate power tools including drills and saws. Support shipping labor duties by moving and preparing Southworth ergonomic material handling equipment for distribution. Must be available for mandatory overtime and adaptable to assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience working in the same or similar role
- Must be available for mandatory overtime
- Flexible to adapt for whatever task is assigned
- Forklift experience
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
- Lift and handle up to 50lbs
- Basic understanding of the use of Power tools, pneumatic tools, and hand tools. (Drill, reciprocating saw, skill saw, chop saw, nail gun, etc.)
