Production & Logistics Manager

Job Summary
Coordinate fleet production, vehicle commissioning, and decommissioning activities to ensure vehicles remain available, compliant, and operational. Manage supply chain logistics, inventory, and equipment distribution to guarantee timely supply of vehicles, consumables, and critical assets. Support fleet lifecycle management by overseeing lease administration, warranties, supplier coordination, and vehicle quality assurance. Analyse fleet data to prepare reports supporting planning, performance monitoring, and informed decision-making. Build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver efficient, cost-effective fleet and field services.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in fleet, logistics or asset management
- Knowledge of vehicle operations and processes
- Analytical and commercial capability
- Experience in reporting, budgeting, forecasting and using data (including AI-enabled tools) to support decision-making
- Advanced computer proficiency
- Solutions-focused approach
- Experience working in a large, complex organisation

Desired Qualifications
- Qualification in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Asset Management or Fleet Management
