Coordinate production and logistics planning to optimize capacity and resources across the site, ensuring efficient flow that matches customer needs and energy market dynamics. Analyze complex data to create decision-making frameworks, develop standardized planning areas, and produce capacity plans in collaboration with energy procurement. Manage logistics and port coordination, schedule service windows with Technical Service, and oversee procurement of auxiliary materials and internal transport. Maintain SAP systems for production, logistics, and customer service while driving continuous improvement and Lean initiatives. Strengthen supplier relationships and develop digital solutions, including AI tools, to enhance operational excellence. Support the international organization's sustainable salt production strategy through robust implementation in ongoing production.
