Production Line Worker (Steel Door Manufacturing Group)

Job Summary
Grind and prime steel doors and frames, perform tack and spot welding on components, and package finished products for shipment. Maintain a clean, safe work environment while following all company safety policies and quality standards. Identify production or quality improvement opportunities to report to the Production Supervisor and safely perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs. This full-time permanent role involves Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and work with imperial and metric measurements
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Self motivated with a willingness to stick to tasks that may be repetitive in nature
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to producing high-quality work
- Must be available for Day, Evening, and Weekend shifts
- Must be able to safely perform physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
