Job Summary
Prepare and manually mix concrete materials and color additives according to production specifications. Fill, level, and pour concrete into molds to produce manufactured stone products, then demold, clean, and inspect finished items. Operate automated equipment safely while performing routine adjustments, cleaning, and minor repairs. Assemble, dismantle, and maintain production equipment, molds, and pallets using hand and power tools. Package and palletize products for shipment while ensuring raw material supply and maintaining a clean, safe work area. Full-time permanent role reporting to the Production Supervisor. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work safely in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to producing quality work
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing, construction, concrete production, or a similar industrial environment
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Valid forklift operator License
