Job Summary
Operate machines and positions on production lines S-1 through S-4, performing movements including standing, bending, crouching, reaching, walking, twisting, grasping, pushing, and lifting loads between 10-45 lbs. Receive training on assigned equipment and cross-train to run multiple positions within departments as determined by management. Demonstrate a strong work ethic, drive for continuous improvements, and support of the Maple Grove team while adhering to flexible hours required by production demands.
