Job Summary
Fill boxes with beauty and personal care products, tape and seal them securely, and inspect items for quality and damage. Label completed boxes, stack them on pallets, and maintain a clean, organized work area. Follow production schedules, report equipment or quality issues to supervisors, and adhere to all safety procedures and GMP standards. Work Monday through Friday from 6am to 4:30pm or 7am to 3:30pm, including two 10-minute breaks and a 30-minute lunch. Lift up to 35 pounds and perform repetitive motions in a moderate noise environment. Previous manufacturing experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
- Frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to work in a production environment with moderate noise levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable with excellent attendance
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Drug Test and Background Check Required
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required
- Production Line: 1 year (Preferred)
