Build desserts according to clear instructions while meeting production goals within required timeframes. Report any waste or line deviations immediately and protect food quality throughout your 6pm-6am shift. Adhere to strict safety rules, including learning SQF, HACCP, and GMP systems through provided training. Maintain personal hygiene and dress code compliance while supporting team operations in a fast-paced environment.
