Job Summary
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to keep everything safe and clean while building desserts according to clear instructions. Maintain a tidy and clean organized work area, protect food quality and safety throughout your shift, and report waste or any time you step off the line. Meet production goals within the required time and follow company policies and assist with other tasks as needed. Learn safety systems like SQF, HACCP, and GMP with training provided. Work the 6pm-6am 2nd shift, with overtime and weekends available when needed.
