Job Summary
Production Line Technical Lead responsible for overseeing the technical performance and operational efficiency of the production line, with a focus on slicing equipment and related machinery. Lead setup, operation, and troubleshooting of slicing machines; ensure maintenance per standards; drive root-cause analysis for equipment failures; collaborate with QA and maintenance to optimize yield, quality, and safety; train and mentor operators; ensure products meet food safety and regulatory standards (HACCP, GMP, SQF); conduct inspections and audits and communicate production status and improvement initiatives. Emphasis on hands-on leadership, safety, and maintaining high standards of quality across the production process.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a high school or general equivalency diploma
- Experience in Food Manufacturing preferred
- Strong knowledge of meat manufacturing processes especially slicing and packaging operations and equipment
- Excellent understanding of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
