Production Line Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead the production lines as Supervisor across 1st and 2nd shifts, owning production rate, quality, and a safe working environment. Drive safety culture, train employees, implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising finished goods quality, monitor waste and quality parameters, ensure accurate production documents and signoffs, and coordinate start-ups/shutdowns between shifts. Serve as main point of contact with R&D for trials and post-trial follow-ups. Operate in a machine-controlled environment requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, climb stairs, and demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency with SAP, LYNQ, Litmos, and Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to train and coach teams and manage time effectively.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Some College Preferred
- 5+ years supervisor experience preferred
- Proficient in SAP, LYNQ, Litmos, Microsoft software
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds infrequently
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Effective oral and written communication
- Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and perform small repairs on machines
- Knowledge of safety, quality, and production metrics (OEE)
- Experience in CIP and housekeeping practices
- Experience with scheduling and cross-functional coordination
- Experience with training employees and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
