Job Summary
Machine operator on full-time second/third shift at Indianapolis facility. Responsible for completing routine production activities to keep production flowing, reporting process changes and issues, performing cleanouts, ensuring materials and tooling are ready for the next run, assisting with housekeeping, conducting quality testing, and communicating safety hazards. Must be able to read/write/arithmetic, communicate with colleagues, and physically traverse a multi-level facility; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate a forklift required. Training is 7a-3p Mon-Fri for 4-6 weeks, then 7a-7p or 7p-7a on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule. Offers include medical/dental/vision starts day one and a shift premium. Required Qualifications

- Able to lift loads up to 50 pounds
- Able to operate a forklift
