Job Summary
Set up and run label-cutting machines based on customer specifications while managing quality through the complete production process. Perform quality assurance checks, raise concerns as needed, and solve production issues that arise. Cross-train in other roles across the production environment and work effectively as a team member to meet production goals. This rotating 12-hour night shift (6:00pm–6:00am) includes weekend premiums and shift differentials. Join a family-owned manufacturer producing billions of labels annually for major brands like Kraft Heinz and Coors Light.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree
- 1 or more years of relevant manufacturing experience
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude
- Willingness to utilize and learn new technology
- Must be available for rotating days: 6:00pm – 6:00am
- Must be available for rotating 12-Hour Shifts
- Must be available for Week One: Sunday - Wednesday
- Must be available for Week Two: Monday - Wednesday
