Job Summary
Oversee every facet of the manufacturing and production process by managing raw materials, producing top-quality parts on the extrusion line, and preparing finished goods for customers. Ensure top-notch product quality through manufacturing checks, efficiently set up and shut down for seamless operations, and safely handle tooling while maintaining a clean workspace. Prepare raw materials to drive successful production orders and use a forklift as needed to move materials within the plant. Proactively identify and resolve production issues to succeed in your role. This 2nd or 3rd shift position requires standing for an 8-hour shift and lifting objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Demonstrates effective communication and social skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications
- General computer proficiency
- Forklift certification or the ability to acquire certification
- Capability to stand/work for a 8-hour shift
- Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs
- Meet the minimum age required of 18 years
