Job Summary
Oversee every facet of the manufacturing and production process by preparing raw materials, producing top-quality parts on the extrusion line, and ensuring product quality through manufacturing checks. Efficiently set up and shut down for seamless operations, safely handle tooling, and maintain a clean workspace. Use a forklift as needed to move materials and proactively identify and resolve production issues. Stand or work for an 8-hour shift, lifting objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs. Marvin Composites produces custom fiberglass components for premium windows and doors.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Demonstrates effective communication and social skills
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting specifications
- General computer proficiency
- Forklift certification or the ability to acquire certification
- Capability to stand/work for an 8-hour shift
- Capability to lift, carry, push, and pull various objects weighing between 10lb to 50 lbs
- Meet the minimum age required of 18 years
