Job Summary
As a Line Leader at T1 Energy, you will oversee production line operations, ensure quality and safety compliance, and lead a team of up to 35 operators. Your role includes troubleshooting machine issues, training staff, and improving production efficiency while meeting deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing production environment
- Previous experience as a production lead operator or a similar role
- Knowledge of the manufacturing production process, equipment, and tools
- Knowledge of quality and safety standards, policies, and procedures
- Ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain the production equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, manuals, and instructions
- Ability to perform basic math and measurements
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production goals and deadlines
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of production staff
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with other departments and stakeholders
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy objects (max of 50 pounds)
- Basic computer skills
