Job Summary
Lead and motivate a production-line team across a rotating 3-shift pattern (6am–2pm, 2pm–10pm, 10pm–6am) to consistently achieve production targets and maintain quality. Set up the production line each shift, perform start-up and health and safety checks, train colleagues, ensure finished products meet client specs, monitor KPIs (output, downtime, waste), drive hourly/daily productivity, uphold hygiene and quality standards, keep accurate paperwork, and maintain audit-ready processes. Demonstrate strong problem-solving, decision-making, and continuous improvement mindset within a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading manufacturing/production teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to monitor KPIs and drive productivity
- Health and safety compliance knowledge
- Experience with FMCG or food manufacturing preferred
