Job Summary
Line Leader responsible for planning, coordinating and controlling the production process on an hourly basis to meet quality standards and production targets. Works with Shift Supervisors and Line Pickers to ensure materials are delivered on time, minimize downtime, report hourly production numbers, and maintain inventory and quality records. Requires leadership of a team, ability to address behavioural issues, ensure safety, and generate production reports for Management. Proficient in ERP systems and Excel, with strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills to sustain efficient production and adherence to health & safety.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years’ experience in a Production Supervisory role managing hourly employees
- Proficient knowledge of production procedures and policy
- ERP system experience
- Planning and organization skills for running and monitoring the production line
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and quality control
- Proficiency with Excel/IT skills
