Production Line Lead - All Shifts

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations across the filling and packaging line by leading production employees to meet shift goals with consistency and quality. Train team members on SOPs, WIs, good housekeeping, and safety protocols while performing ongoing quality checks for appearance, torque, and weight. Track scrap with precision, record production documentation and finished goods in SAP, and coordinate closely with cross-functional departments on projects and changeovers. Jump into investigations of failures or deviations to uncover starting causes and maintain a compliant, tidy line adhering to OSHA, GMP, and company policies. This role requires at least two years of manufacturing or supervisory experience, familiarity with FDA cGMPs and SAP systems, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years of manufacturing or production experience
- 2 years of supervisory experience
- Familiarity with FDA cGMPs
- Familiarity with OSHA safety
- Familiarity with SOPs
- Familiarity with SAP
- Familiarity with HMI systems
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to solve problems
- Ability to get things done even on tight deadlines
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
