Production Line Associates - Overnight Shift

Job Summary
Operate and oversee equipment for packaging, labeling, and shipping food items, while assisting in daily set-up and maintaining steady production pace. Monitor packaging lines for proper container fill, ensure GMP compliance, and manage supply levels to maintain product flow. Stack and manually package product with accurate labeling, then clean and sanitize equipment and work areas after each run. Handle products containing allergens like gluten and cheese while wearing required PPE. Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods in a refrigerated environment. Work Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 PM to 5:30 AM with overtime as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Willingness and ability to work with products that may contain gluten, cheese, pine nuts and other food allergens
- Demonstrate a high attention to detail
- Willingness to wear company issued uniform, safety shoes, and PPE as required
- Ability to frequently bend, reach, twist, pull, push, and stoop
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a refrigerated work environment
- Ability to work successfully in a team environment with all personality types
- High School Diploma or equivalent
