Job Summary
Set up work areas by retrieving components, sterilizing equipment, and code dating bottles. Fill bottles using machinery or manual processes, cap them via crimpers or air presses, and apply labels to specified products. Prepare pallets by filling totes, labeling them, loading pallets with jacks, and moving finished goods to storage or delivery. Inspect quality for cleanliness, label placement, and batch numbers, then complete personal reports for performance and cleaning logs. Perform clean-up duties including washing equipment, sweeping floors, and wiping workstations with IPA. Assist in training other associates, operate sealers by monitoring temperature, and perform other assigned duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work independently
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 65 lbs. + consistently for eight (8) hours
- Ability to operate mechanical equipment
- Standing and walking for duration of 8-hour shift
- Pulling, stretching, bending, and lifting for duration of shift
- Ability to organize and coordinate projects
- Visually read bottles, product, batch numbers, etc.
- Manual dexterity for such duties as collating, sorting, filling, toting, etc.
- Ability to read, write and perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.)
- Good math comprehension skills to solve mathematical problems, and complete assigned paperwork
- Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy
- Ability to climb stairs
