Job Summary
Lead production on 1st and 3rd shifts in Alabama manufacturing. Responsibilities include training and retraining employees, promoting job rotation, assessing controls, maintaining quality standards, coordinating employee placement, and documenting production records. Requires experience in case ready department, ability to perform simple math, lifting up to 90 lbs, standing for long periods, and working in a damp environment with temperatures between 40 and 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Must have good communication, read and explain job descriptions, and ensure employees reach competency. Bilingual is desirable. Attendance is monitored with a 3.5-point threshold and no disciplinary write-ups in the last 6 months; EOEOE including disability/veterans.
Required Qualifications
- Must have experience in case ready department positions.
- Must be willing to work all hours scheduled.
- Must not have more than 3.5 attendance points (will be demoted if 3.5 is exceeded)
- No disciplinary write-ups in the past 6 months.
- Must be capable of performing simple math.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions with or without accommodations.
