Job Summary
Oversee daily production activities, support employees, and ensure production, quality, and safety standards are met throughout the busy pomegranate season. Assist supervisors with directing the production team, assigning workstations, and monitoring attendance and performance to meet daily targets. Communicate production instructions and updates while identifying delays, equipment issues, or staffing concerns to management. Maintain accurate records, enforce company policies, and resolve employee questions to keep workflow efficient and the environment safe. Work in Del Rey, CA during Pomegranate Season 2026 with shifts including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, requiring overtime and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous lead, team lead, supervisor, production, warehouse, manufacturing, or food processing experience
- Previous leadership or employee training experience
