Production Leader - Nights

Lead the night-shift production team to achieve maximum productivity while maintaining health, safety, environmental management, quality, cost and delivery performance. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs and build quality, coaching Deputy Production Leaders and Production Operatives, maintaining KPI boards, conducting 1:1s, managing holidays/absences, ensuring COSHH compliance and safety culture, coordinating risk assessments and MSDS availability, ensuring adherence to GDPR and company policies, and driving continuous improvement and employee development through regular performance reviews, talent development, and ERP-driven reporting. The role emphasizes leadership, data-driven decision making, process improvement, and ensuring a harmonised, efficient production team within Halma’s values.
