Production Lead

Job Summary
Lead a shift on the production floor to support coating manufacturing; assist the production manager with scheduling and supervising production employees, delegating work orders, and resolving issues. Train and cross-train staff, maintain a safe and clean work environment with PPE enforcement, and coordinate with other departments. May travel within the U.S. for site-to-site support. Physical duties include lifting up to 50 lbs solo and 50+ lbs with a team; use of equipment and PPE as required. Requires high school diploma/equivalent, ability to obtain background check and drug screen, and demonstrated leadership and communication skills; proficiency in Word, MS Office, and Teams.
