Job Summary
Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficiency and quality while training, mentoring, and supervising production team members. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process issues to minimize downtime. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues. Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on performance metrics. This role requires 5+ years of manufacturing production experience and 2+ years in a lead or supervisory capacity.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing production
- 2+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role
- Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team
Desired Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
