Production Lead Technician

Production Lead Technician responsible for manufacturing and assembly of clinical and commercial products, operating and troubleshooting production equipment, and maintaining records to GMP/SOP/regulatory standards. Leads and develops manufacturing technicians; performs in-process testing, validation experiments, CAPA investigations, and ensure traceability and GDP-compliant documentation. Requires ability to interpret results, implement improvements, support change control (DCR), maintain inventory and materials, calibrate and maintain equipment, and uphold EHS and quality policies. Role emphasizes leadership of a shift/unit, meeting daily goals, and contributing to continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
