Production Lead

Job Summary
Lead, coordinate, and prioritize production tasks while assigning daily work responsibilities to associates in a cold storage warehouse and food production facility. Monitor operations to ensure safety, quality, and production standards are met, perform quality checks, and report product failures to leadership. Support training for new and current employees on production procedures, assist supervisors and cross-functional teams to meet operational goals, and communicate with customers and internal departments regarding production needs. Complete production paperwork and escalate operational or personnel issues when needed. Work Monday through Friday in temperatures ranging from 38°F to -20°F, with shifts including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd options.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work in cold storage environments between 38°F and -20°F
- Ability to lift 10-35 lbs. repetitively and up to 45 lbs. occasionally
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements
- Basic computer skills and ability to perform basic math calculations
Desired Qualifications
- Previous team lead, supervisory, or training experience
- Experience in food manufacturing, warehouse, cold storage, or production environments
- Experience using warehouse management systems or inventory software
- Familiarity with safety, quality assurance, and production procedures
