Production Lead on swing shift for Vaagen Timbers overseeing safety, team coaching and training, scheduling, and cross-training across facility lines. Builds interdepartmental communication for quality, production changes, and inventory planning; analyzes costs and implements corrective actions. Requires 5+ years in a leadership role with 8+ direct reports, HS Diploma/GED, ability to stand for long periods, and ability to pass a drug test and pre-employment physical. Safety-sensitive role with mandatory pre-shift checks, maintenance duties, and adherence to Lock-out Tag-out procedures; full-time swing shift with 45+ hours per week and weekend requirements.
