Job Summary
Oversees, monitors, and coordinates Production Team Members' activities to ensure best practices in linen management are followed throughout the facility. Responsibilities include motivating the team to meet departmental goals while maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards. Interacts with other department leaders to improve resource utilization and efficiencies. Implements processes to enhance key performance metrics such as quality and cycle time. Arranges safety meetings and operates machinery when necessary. Requires a High School Diploma, leadership experience, ability to manage safety practices, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience leading others
- Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards
- Ability to lift moderately heavy objects up to 30 pounds
- Demonstrated leadership and organization skills with a track record of achieving positive business results
